A modern lowrise, gated complex in the heart of of Pokfulam, completed in 1994. It has four 3 storey blocks with a total of 33 apartments. All blocks except AB&C have apartments also on the ground floor. The sizes vary from sf saleable and most are 2-3 bedrooms. Blocks EF and GHJ have sea views. Most of the apartments have car parks. It starts at the campus of Hong Kong University at the extreme western end of Midlevels and extends all the way to Cyberport. Unlike the southern part of Hong Kong, this western coastline does not have any beaches. There are some hiking trails which start there and continue up to the parks and trails of the Peak.
