These Terms form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the services, except where additional terms expressly apply to a specific feature or offering.

The services may include access to aggregated property listings, property alerts, notifications, and subscription-based features made available through rentola.hk.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the services from time to time, including where required for technical, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide at registration or checkout for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other charges due under these Terms.
Unless required by applicable law, payments already charged for a current billing period are non-refundable. Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the then-current billing period, unless stated otherwise in your account or required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page or by using the cancellation form available Contact form.
We may change subscription prices for valid reasons, including changes to the services, operating costs, market conditions, or legal and regulatory requirements. Where required by applicable law, we will give you reasonable advance notice before a price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the new price applies.
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation under applicable law.
Where the services are supplied digitally and you request immediate access before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, we may ask you at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be reduced, lost, or otherwise affected once performance has begun or been completed, as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights.
If you upload, submit, or otherwise make content available through the services, you confirm that you own that content or have the necessary rights to use it and to grant the license described in this Section.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if any inconsistency, ambiguity, omission, error, or dispute arises from or in connection with a translated version, the English version shall prevail and shall be used by both you and the Company as the authoritative text for interpreting and construing these Terms in good faith.
