The project has an art-themed central park, "Savannah Central Art Park", designed by landscape design company Enea. It displays works such as "Apple" by Korean sculptor Kim Byung-jin and "Water Drop" by Hong Kong sculptor Lee Chin-fai. The residents' clubhouse CLUB SAVANNAH is located in the basement, ground floor and first floor of the project, with a total area of approximately 24,600 square feet. It was designed by international designer Glamorous. Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gymnasium, a sauna room, a multi-purpose banquet hall, a karaoke and mahjong room, a billiard room, a multimedia entertainment room, a yoga room, a children's play area, a leisure area and an indoor sports field.
