1 room house of 682 m² in Sha Tin District

The project has a square foot residents' clubhouse "FARM PAVILION", which has three theme buildings, namely the Farm House for residents to eat, the Sky House that introduces the concept of integration of the young and the old, and the Well House that provides sports facilities. The clubhouse facilities were designed by the Norwegian architectural firm Snøhetta, and the landscape was designed by Japanese designer Ohtori. Facilities include an outdoor 25-meter swimming pool, an approximately 50-meter indoor swimming pool, a sauna room, a steam room, a large children's play area, a tennis court, a half-side basketball court, a canopy badminton court, a fitness room, a spa center, a yoga viewing platform and a senior citizen club. There is also a sky tea room near the outdoor swimming pool.
