Walk up two floors. This building has six floors only. Very quiet and super convenient. You have a single bedroom, limited to one person. It equipped with table, big wardrobe and a 90CM width bed. Good mattress. Rent is 5,300- for whole room. You have young male professional housemate in the other bedroom. Your room has lots of window, facing south, very quiet. You share toilet kitchen and living room with the other housemate like living in your home without need to buy any things. In case you don’t like to cook you can enjoy many small restaurants downstairs and enjoy fresh air in Tai Wai where just one or two train stops to city centre, while you are working or studying in HK. One month deposit, 12 months up. Elec charges shared by number of housemates. Estimated not be exceeded HKD 100- per pax per month in winter, normally limited to HKD200- in summer.
