A large development of six 28 storey highrises completed in 1979. Blocks 2&5 have 8 apartments per floor while the others all have 6, giving a total of 1120 apartments. The apartment sizes vary from sf saleable. They have a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. They are multi-owned, so internal conditions vary a lot. It is located off the Pokfulam road and there are excellent bus services to Central and Aberdeen. It starts at the campus of Hong Kong University at the extreme western end of Midlevels and extends all the way to Cyberport. Unlike the southern part of Hong Kong, this western coastline does not have any beaches. There are some hiking trails which start there and continue up to the parks and trails of the Peak.
