4 rooms apartment of 217 m² in Hong Kong Island

This development completed in 1965 consists of three 12 storey mid-rise towers of spacious 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, each with a large balcony. There are a total of 72 apartments. They are well proportioned with good sized rooms and with lots of built in storage. The bathrooms and kitchens are now being upgraded and they all have separate utility and helpers' rooms and come with a carpark. They all have pleasant green and sea views and there is a communal children's playground in the development. In addition, residents can join and use the university sports facilities. It starts at the campus of Hong Kong University at the extreme western end of Midlevels and extends all the way to Cyberport. Unlike the southern part of Hong Kong, this western coastline does not have any beaches. There are some hiking trails which start there and continue up to the parks and trails of the Peak.
