A mid rise 10 storey block completed in 1967 with a total of 20 apartments, 2 per floor. It is located in the heart of Happy Valley, on the corner of Shan Kwong Road and Yik Yau Street, a short walk to the race track and the many surrounding shops and restaurants. It was full of rice paddies and basically swampy until they constructed the racecourse in 1846.
