The Vantage's new six-star clubhouse facilities include a 25-meter sky pool, captain's bar, banquet hall, gym (fitness room), poolside cinema, etc. The "Captain's Observation Cabin" designed with beveled floor-to-ceiling glass is located on the top floor. It is triangular in shape, like the control room in a cruise ship. It is equipped with telescopes and space chairs for residents to enjoy the view of Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and Victoria Harbour. Qi'an has a total of 29 floors (including the basement, low-rise clubhouse and high-rise clubhouse but excluding 4th, 13th, 14th and 24th floors). In addition to providing 551 studio to 2-bedroom residential units with a saleable area ranging from 170 square feet to 425 square feet on the 3rd to 30th floors, studio and 1-bedroom units account for more than 80% of the total.
