Harbour Place is a private housing estate in Hong Kong located at 8 Oi King Street, Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon. It opened to residents in May 2008. Originally part of the Hung Hom Peninsula, a private sector home ownership scheme completed in August 2002, the estate was sold back to the participating developers, Sun Hung Kai Properties and NWS Holdings, after the government announced the moratorium on the sale of Hung Hom flats. The estate was subsequently converted into a private housing estate with a residents' clubhouse. The estate comprises seven 35-storey residential towers, offering 2,470 units. Hong Yip Services, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties, manages the property.
