Harbour Place is a private housing estate in Hong Kong, located at 8 Oi King Street, Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon. It was occupied in May 2008. The estate was originally a private sector project "Hung Hom Peninsula" completed in August 2002. However, after the government announced the suspension of the sale of Hung Hom flats, the ownership of Hung Hom Peninsula was sold back to the real estate developers Sun Hung Kai Properties and New World Development Group who participated in the development project. It was later converted into a private housing estate with a residents' club. There are 7 residential buildings with a height of about 35 floors, providing 2,470 units. The property management is provided by Hong Yip Services, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties.
