Bel-Air is a large luxury development which consists of 6 phases. The development is located next to Cyberport with it's shops, cinemas and boutique hotel. The 8 towers of Phase 4, completed in December 2005, are known as Bel Air on the Peak. They have a total number of 805 units. Blocks 3&5 have 2 apartments per floor while the others all have 3. Blocks 1-3 are of 41 storeys each, 5&7 have 40 storeys and 6,8&9 have 30 storeys each. All the apartments are well finished with high quality fixtures and fittings. They all have balconies and the majority have wonderful seaviews. They vary in size from a 2 bedroom of 610 sf saleable area to a spacious penthouse of 5196 sf saleable area. It starts at the campus of Hong Kong University at the extreme western end of Midlevels and extends all the way to Cyberport. Unlike the southern part of Hong Kong, this western coastline does not have any beaches. There are some hiking trails which start there and continue up to the parks and trails of the Peak.
