The Westin is located at 28 Sham Mong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is a private residential project built on top of the MTR Nam Cheong Station. The project was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and , and the architect is P&T Architects and Engineers Limited. The Westin has two residents' clubs, one of which is called Club Brio, which is located within the first phase of the project. The total area of the clubhouse and garden is over square feet. Club Brio facilities include two 50-meter outdoor swimming pools for adults and a 25-meter children's pool, a gym, a boxing ring and a yoga venue.
