The Waterfront is a private residential estate located in the first phase of the Kowloon MTR station in West Kowloon, Hong Kong. The development rights were won by a consortium formed by Wing Tai Asia, Temasek Holdings, Singapore Land, Keppel Land, Lai Sun Group and Global Investments (Bermuda). The estate was designed by Kwan Wing Hong Architects and constructed by Hip Hing Construction. It was completed in 2000 and is the first residential estate to be completed in Kowloon Station. The estate has a total of 6 buildings and 1,288 residential units, with unit areas ranging from 77 to 232 square meters (833 to 2,590 square feet). The design allows access to the railway station via a sky garden, bringing convenience and a sense of leisure to residents.
