Laguna Verde is a waterfront private residential estate located at 8 Laguna Verde Avenue, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It comprises 25 towers across five phases, offering 4,735 units. Originally the site of the CLP Hok Yuen Power Station, it was relocated from 1994 to 1996 and subsequently redeveloped into residential housing (although the power station's substation was not demolished and has been relocated from the development site). The estate was built by Cheung Kong Holdings and CLP Group, designed and planned by Hsin Yip Architects, and managed by Goodway Property Management, a subsidiary of Cheung Kong Holdings. Phase I was constructed by Hin Lee Engineering; Phases II and III, along with the residents' clubhouse, were modern buildings; Phases IV and V, along with the Laguna Verde shopping mall, were constructed by Sapford Construction.
