Belgravia Place II boasts convenient transportation, a 4-minute walk to Shek Kip Mei MTR Station and a 15-minute connection to Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. It boasts a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, a rare sight in the city, featuring Hong Kong's first private residential clubhouse with an indoor skatepark, indoor basketball court, a 55-meter outdoor swimming pool, and a 4-meter-high tornado slide. Belgravia Place II also features a banquet space, the "Shang Hui Pavilion," which connects to the outdoor "Poolside BBQ," featuring a high-end kitchen and bar area, making it the perfect venue for poolside parties. The project also invited Japanese landscape architect Kazuyuki Ishihara to design a landscaped recreational garden spanning over square feet. Two cherry trees are planted in the center of the garden, incorporating the timeless elegance of a Japanese garden into the development.
