A single 26 storey high rise block completed in 1990 which contains 104 apartments, 4 per floor. The 'A' units are 872 sf saleable, the 'B' apartments are 559 sf saleable, and the 'C' units are 575 sf saleable except for floors 1-3 which are 548 sf saleable. It is a short distance from the restaurants in 'Little Tai Hang' and also close to the sports ground and Victoria Park.
